We are an international public service organization headquartered in the Dominican Republic. Our mission is to test the efficacy of educational presentations, delivered in the form of webinars, to help students improve their understanding of basic principles of business and social technology.

"I have started getting along much better with my father"

I thought of a person with whom I wanted to have a better relationship, and my father came to mind. He began asking questions about what was going on and if everything was okay. So, I used the "smooth roads, good weather" approach to ease his concern, and he sounded calmer. I told him I hoped he was doing well and that I wanted to see him. Immediately, his attitude and mood improved significantly. I felt really good because he started giving me lots of life advice. The conversation became very pleasant, and for the first time in many years, I felt a strong connection with my father. I can say that thanks to this course and the excellent work of the trainer, I have started getting along much better with my father, all in a 12-minute phone call, putting into practice what I learned.
